Spring Quarter Reserves

February 7th, 2011 by Robert Heyer-Gray

February 7, 2011

Reserves staff will accept personal copy material Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. To submit a request for materials to be placed on reserve, please use our Online Submission Form which will enable you to see any previously used lists or create a new history of lists for your course. Reserve Services will no longer accept hand written booklist requests. To ensure Reserves readings are available to students by the beginning of classes, Reserves Lists must be received by the last Friday of February for Spring Quarter.

Reserves Lists received after the deadline may take up to two weeks to process due to peak workload constraints at the beginning of the quarter and the delays involved in retrieving loaned material.
